LEGACY IN MOTION

Brief
Create a documentary-style legacy video that honours the 40+ year journey of Gammon’s founders, Bill and Margaret, who built the business from the ground up. Now under their sons Justin and Stanley’s leadership, the video aims to capture heartfelt stories from past employees while also bringing the company’s story into the present and looking toward the future. Presented intimately at home, this tribute serves as a thank-you to their parents for their dedication and enduring legacy.

In pre-production, we developed a cohesive video structure to tell the story of the founders' legacy and the company’s evolution. This included crafting an outline for each segment, guiding location scouting, and assisting with interview question development. We collaborated closely with Stanley and Justin on scheduling and filming to ensure every detail aligned with their vision for this personal and impactful tribute.

In post-production, we reviewed over 4 hours of interview footage to uncover the most emotive moments. By incorporating family archival images, we created a rich visual tapestry that brought the company’s past to life.
